What areas to we service?
We service the Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and Northern Johannesburg suburbs and surrounding areas. We are a full-service company and offer repairs on ALL brands of major appliances. We do on-site repairs and services, where possible.
What do we charge?
In most cases, our trained experts can diagnose the problem with your appliance within 15 – 30 minutes, helping reduce labour costs. Plus every repair is backed by a 3-month workmanship guarantee and all parts are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Before the job is started, you will be given an estimate on the price by one of our technicians. Our call out fee is R550-00 and IS PAYABLE even if you DO NOT accept our quote for which ever reason. In other words, this is a call out fee and not a quote fee and is payable if the quote is accepted or not.
We fix it right the first time at a fair price, and that’s why so many of our customer’s call us again whenever they have repair needs.

Our hourly rate is charged at R480-00 per hour.
After-hour rates (from 7:00 pm and Sundays) are double the above-mentioned prices.
* We accept cash and cash cheques EFT payments and debit and credit cards.
* We work strictly COD and payment must be made as soon as the job is completed and before the technician leaves the premises.
* We accept card payments (we have a portable card machine). We accept VISA and Mastercard ONLY.
